As a Naked Voice Facilitator Hilary facilitates a wide variety of workshops:

...bringing Sound Awareness,  Sound Values and Sound Wisdom.  Your naked voice is deeper than your social or personality voice.  It is the mouthpiece of the soul.
 

REIKI PRACTICES

As an Usui Reiki Master, Hilary also attunes people to Reiki energy which she believes is one of the greatest gifts she can give to anyone. She usually works in pairs or small groups. With her Shiatsu and general healing experience Hilary can introduce students to differing areas of particular personal interest.

Reiki I - III  & Reiki Master Practitioner & Teacher with or without an element of Soundwork.  For students who want to practise Reiki professionally
 

TAOIST PRACTICES

As an Assistant Instructor of the Universal Tao Hilary teaches the Inner Smile and Six Healing Sounds - exercises which can easily be learnt for the promotion of self-healing.

The "Enlightenment Chi Kung" - a beautiful and simple "FORM" honouring the Four Directions (North, South, East and West).  It is a practice which, when incorporated into our daily lives, sustains our energetic system.  It normalizes all the systems in the body producing a profound experience of awakening of the inner self.
