TAOIST HEALING
The Inner Smile, a healing and relaxing meditation process, helps us become aware of our body, internal organs, glands and life force. With this exercise we can shed tensions and negative emotions, relax our body and mind whilst balancing the energy (Chi) of our whole body. The Taoist masters found that each healthy organ was associated with a sound, colour, season, quality of energy, element and emotions – both positive and negative. The Six Healing Sounds, with their associated postures, assist us in releasing/transforming negative energies and as a consequence, balance the Chi of our body. Primordial Chi Kung is a simple form of inner chi kung exercise and deep meditation. It normalizes all the systems in the body producing a profound experience awakening of the deep peace of the true inner self. Hilary teaches the "Enlightenment Chi Kung" - a beautiful and simple "FORM" honouring the Four Directions (North, South, East and West). It is a practice which when incorporated into our daily lives sustains our energetic system and connects us to the earthly and heavenly realms. This slow movement 'dance' creates a wonderful sense of wellbeing in those who practice it regularly.
