| THE JOURNEY The core of what we are all seeking in order to heal our bodies and minds is a need to be “centred” or “rooted” (which means being “in our bodies”). I will explain more. When we become more aware of our physical bodies and feel more of our hearts than our minds we become “centred.” When we are “centred” we are not put off-centre by life’s pressures and challenges. We are able to nurture the energy and structure of our bodies so that we are at ease and can deal with the conflicts and stresses of our environment. This prevents and cures dis…ease. A powerful way of achieving this is through the self help techniques and work which I offer to you through the tools of voice and body awareness. Through these tools we learn to care for ourselves and become more “aware” of our bodies and feelings. The long term result is that we witness and listen deeply to ourselves and others and can develop a non-judgmental approach, loving ourselves more and becoming well, strong and content with our lives. |
